Happy Thanksgiving

wildturkeys.jpg

I hope you’re planning to feast with family and friends today.

Hellchild is flying in this morning from her houseboat on the Mississippi River. Goober will bike over later. Beaver and the family dog, Mabel, are in Kansas City with friends for the holiday.

I may go straight for Mrs. Gulch’s pumpkin pie. The pie started out as white pumpkin seed last spring. We watered it up with Upper Colorado River deliveries to Gulch Manor from Denver Water.

I’m thankful that I live close enough to the office to bicycle most days.

That leads to being thankful for good health.

Thank you to the readers of Coyote Gulch. I feel honored when someone tells me that they take time out of their busy day to come by for water news.

Happy Thanksgiving to all.
