DARCA is coming together for the 13th Annual DARCA Convention. The event will take place in Grand Junction, Colorado at the Two Rivers Convention Center. The pre-convention workshop is scheduled for February 11th, 2015, with the topic of technology and ditch companies. The convention will be on February 12th & 13th, with the theme of Colorado’s Water Plan and Irrigated Agriculture.
