The 2026 Arkansas River Compact Administration (ARCA) Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 16, 2026, Historic Cow Palace Inn, 1301 N Main St, Lamar, CO 81052
Meetings of ARCA are operated in compliance with the federal Americans with Disabilities Act. The meeting room is on the second floor with no elevator access. If you will need accommodations to attend this meeting, please contact Stephanie Gonzales at (719) 688-0799 at least three (3) days in advance of the meetings.
The ARCA committee meetings will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2026, at this same location.
Draft agendas for the ARCA Annual and committee meetings will be provided in advance of these meetings.
